Gala Gracia is graduated in Audiovisual Communication by the Complutense University of Madrid. In her final year at university she directs the short movie Naranjas y Medias, that wins the Best Audiovisual Creation on the contest Las Rozas Joven in Madrid 2011. She has worked as a camera operator for some projects, including the shooting of the series Treasure Hunt in Bulgaria. As a director, one of her last films was Los Nueve Oficios de Gaziantep, shot in Turkey in 2013. She is a regular articulist for several online cinema magazines in Spain such as Encadenados and Sala 1 and a presenter of a radio program specialized in cinema called Estamos de Cine.
